摘要
目的探讨胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学的影响。方法采用自制反流液灌胃建立实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型,以吗叮啉为对照,通过H E和AB/PAS染色结合半定量检测观察胃炎饮对实验大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学的影响。结果模型组大鼠胃黏膜出现明显破损、脱落,黏膜下可见大量炎症细胞浸润,大部分大鼠可见不典型增生和肠上皮化生,胃黏膜AB/PAS阳性层厚度明显变薄,甚至缺失。与模型组比较,胃炎饮高、低剂量组胃黏膜损伤较轻,AB/PAS阳性层缺失较轻。结论胃炎饮可提高AB/PAS阳性层厚度,减轻胃黏膜损伤,改善胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学表现。
Objective: To observe the effect of Weiyanyin on gastric mucosal pathological histology in rats models of bile reflux gastritis. Methods: These models were established by self-made reflux liquid. Effects of Weiyanyin and domperidone on pathological histology were observed by HE and AB/PAS staining and half quantitate detec- tion. Results: The gastric mueosa of rats in model group was damaged and exfoliated. There were a lot of infiltrations of inflammatory cells under the gastric mucosa of model rats. Meanwhile, there were atypical hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia in most of these rats. At the same time, the thickness of AB/PAS positive layers were thinning out, even disappeared. Compared with the model group, damages of gastric mueosa were mild in the groups of Weiyanyin in high and low doses, Losses of AB/PAS positive layers were also slight. Conclusion: Weiyanyin could increase the thickness of AB/PAS positive layer, lighten the gastric mucosal damage and improve the gastric mucosal pathological histology in rats models of bile reflux gastritis.
