摘要
随着科学技术的发展,高速切削技术已成为模具制造的重要发展趋势。本文介绍了高速切削在模具制造中的优势,分析了高速切削在模具加工中的应用现状和存在的问题,探讨了基于高速切削的快速制模技术在我国模具业中的发展策略。
Along with the technical development in science ,high speed cutting is a trend of modern mold manufacturing,and can be widely used in mold process. It introduces the advantages of high speed cutting,analyses the acquiring effects and the existing problem in application of high speed processing mould,gives the tactics to raise efficiency of high speed cutting mould in Chinese mainland.
