摘要
叙述了一种箱形多模式微波加热器谐振腔的设计,以及有限元法计算谐振腔内部电磁场分布的原理和方法。对所设计谐振腔在TE152谐振模式下内部电磁场分布进行了仿真分析,证明该谐振腔总电磁场分布较为均匀,为微波加热器的设计提供参考。
Described one kind of box shape multi-pattern microwave heater resonant cavity design, and uses the finite element method computation resonant cavity interior electromagnetism field distribution,to the resonant cavity which designs under the TE152 resonance pattern the internal electromagnetism field distribution has carried on the simulation analysis ,proved that the cavity of the electromagnetic field is more evenly distributed,provided the reference for the microwave heater's design.
