广州市番禺区新农村公共服务设施规划遵循建立合理的等级体系、项目内容农村化、以民为本的设置原则,对行政管理、教育、医疗卫生、文化体育、商业服务、市政公用等设施的设置分别作了详细的规定,做到先规划后实施;因地制宜,资源共享;布局相对集中,不重复设置;分类实施,重点保障农民的公共利益;充分利用现状,分期实施。
Improved planning for rural public service facilities is achieved by establishing a reasonable hierarchy of human-oriented rules. Detailed plans are made for administrative, educational, medical, cultural, sports, and commercial infrastructure. The plan protects the public benefit of the farmers, uses the village＇s current status, and will be implemented in phases.
