摘要
对近15年在海军杭州疗养院疗养的2739人次飞行员进行营养调查，结果表明，80年代平均每人每日热能及蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化物、钙、磷、铁、维生素A、B1、B2、PP、C分别为15．76MJ、134．83g、148．89g、484．78g、1113．13mg、1836．51mg、48．75mg、1968．90μgRE、3．27mg、2．74mg、27．51mg、153．41mg。90年代分别平均为14．89MJ、152．87g、152．87g、404．80g、829．87mg、1868．73mg、49．20mg、1605．17 μgRE、3．02mg、2．13mg、20．05mg、121．55mg。90年代由于物价等因素，飞行员热能与各营养素的摄入量除铁元素外都低于80年代水平，但基本上仍在我军营养素供给标准之内。个别年份热能及大部分营养素达不到我军供给标准，如1991年热能、蛋白质、维生素A、B1、B2、PP、C分别只有11．72MJ、109．00g、671．17μgRE、1．60mg、0．90mg、12．40mg、47．00mg，应引起有关方面的重视。
From 1982 to 1996, the nutrient intakes of 2 739 times /aircrewman in Naval Hangzhou Sanatorium were studied. The results showed that the average intakes per person /day of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate , Ca, P, Fe, VA, VB1, VB2, Vpp, and Vc in 1980' s/1990's were 15.76 MJ/14. 89 MJ, 134. 83 g/152. 87 g, 148. 89 g/152. 87g, 484. 78 g/404. 80 g,1113. 12 mg/829. 87 mg, 1 836. 5 mg/1 868. 73 mg, 48. 75 mg/49. 20 mg, 1968. 90 μgRE/1 605. 17 μgRM, 3. 27 mg/3. 02 mg, 2. 74 mg/2.13 mg, 27. 51 mg/20. 05 mg, and 153. 41 mg/121. 55 mg , respectively. The aircrewman took in energy and all nutrients but Fe less in 1990's than in 1980' s. Although the intakes were lower, they came up to the allowance of nutrients,published by the Chinese PLA. It is indicated that in particular year the intakes of thermal energy and most of nutrients were under the allowance. For example, in 1991 the intakes of thermal energy, protein , VA , VB1, VB2, Vpp and Vc were only 11. 72 MJ, 109. 00g, 671. 17μgRE, 1. 6 mg,0. 90mg, 12. 40 mg, 47. 00 mg, respectively. The department concerned should pay attention to prevention of occurrence the situation.
