摘要
西部地区的生态环境对于我国十分重要。矿产和水电资源大开发给西部生态环境带来了严重破坏。要防止西部矿产和水电资源过度开发对生态环境的破坏,关键在于政府能切实承担起属于自己的那部分职责。
The western region of the ecological environment is very important for our country. Large-scale development of Mineral and hydropower resources has brought serious damage to the western ecological environment. To prevent mineral and hydropower resources in the western over-exploitation of the destruction of the ecological environment, the key lies in the Government should assume that part of their own responsibilities.
