摘要
根据目的论对翻译失误的分类,公示语翻译中主要存在三种类型的失误:语用性失误、文化性失误和语言性失误。语用性失误是由于译者在翻译过程中无视译文的功能或目的而造成的;文化性翻译失误是指与译语文化规范与惯例的冲突;语言性翻译失误则是指译文中违背译语语言规范的现象。公示语中的翻译失误的主要原因是译者的语言能力的不足,以及缺乏对译语文化背景及中西文化差异的理解。
There are mainly three types of translation errors according to the classification of translation errors by Skopostheorie： pragmatic errors, cultural errors and linguistic errors. Pragmatic errors are card by the ignorance of the funCtiOn or aim of the traget text; cultural errors are conflicts between the norms or conventions of the original culture and those of the target culture, while linguisitic errors are the violation of the target linguistic norms. The errors in the public signs are mainly by the translators＇ linguisfic incompetence and the lack of understanding of the target readers＇ cultural background and cultural difference between Chinese and western countries.
