摘要
对小叶锦鸡儿种子进行不同温度、浸种、基质、光照等条件的发芽试验结果表明：浸种处理对种子发芽有显著的抑制作用，发芽前不宜做任何浸种处理；发芽最适温度为２５℃或２８℃，蛭石、海棉、单层滤纸为良好发芽基质。自然光下发芽良好。发芽高峰期为第３天，发芽结束期为第７天。
With different temperature,seed soaking,medium and illumination,a seed germinating test for Caragana microphylla Lam.were carried out.The results showed that seed soaking had obvious inhibiting effect for seed germinating and no seed soaking treating was needed before germinating.The more suitable germinating temperature was 25℃～28℃,the good medium for seed were vermiculite,sponge and single filter paper.Under the natural light,the see germinating was good,the peak germination was in the third day and the end germination was in the seventh day.
