摘要
随着我国土地流转制度的松动,农村新一轮土地经营管理制度改革已经全面铺开,农村土地问题纠纷也成为社会共同关注的热点、难点问题。当前农村土地承包经营权的纠纷主要由于法律法规的不完善、政策的多变、管理的相对混乱、解决途径堵塞等原因引起的。要妥善解决这些纠纷,应完善相关法律,制定确实可行的土地政策,加强土地管理,构建多元化的土地承包纠纷解决机制。
Due to the holes in law,policy and management,the disputes in rural land right have become the hot and trouble issue in the new land reform.The solution to this case can be sought in the multilateral settlement mechanism.
