摘要
澳门第三产业发达,但过度依赖博彩业,第二产业薄弱,难以形成对第三产业的支撑。这样的产业结构特征决定了澳门经济缺乏抗风险能力。为此,要积极推进澳门经济适度多元化发展。保持优势发展"垂直"多元化,因地制宜促进"横向"多元化,在粤港澳的区域合作中找准定位,推进澳门经济的可持续发展。
Macao is well developed in its tertiary industry, but it over-depends on its lottery industry and is weak in its secondary industry, which can not sufficiently support the development of the tertiary industry. Such an industrial structure determines the low anti-risk ability of the economy. Thus, the paper suggests that Macao should follow a mode of appropriate diversification in its economic development, putting priority on vertical diversification and promoting horizontal diversification as necessary, in order to maintain its sustainable economic development.
