摘要
对中心偏测量中的误差进行分析,认为测量误差是主要影响因素,采用用光轴拟合来进行数据优化以减小测量误差.
Measurement error is the main reason for precision measurement by the analysis of Center-Deflection-Measure error, and the axle fitting can be applied to data optimization so as to reduce the measurement error.
