钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的比较 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较经输尿管钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法对94例输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜下碎石治疗,结石横径5mm～14mm,纵径7mm～22mm。其中钬激光碎石术52例,气压弹道碎石术42例。结果一次操作成功90例,2周～6周内结石全部排尽。钬激光碎石术单次手术碎石率为97.3%,高于气压弹道碎石术的84.6%,P<0.01。结论钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的一种安全、高效的方法。
