摘要
目的:探讨应对突发广泛的公共卫生事件时医院门诊体系如何优化工作流程,达到改善质量、提高效率的目的。方法:通过回顾性研究的方法,就该院门诊部在2008年9月12日至12月30日期间,对3028例食用含三聚氰胺奶粉婴幼儿开展泌尿系统结石筛查工作流程实施情况进行总结。结果:该院门诊部在本次突发公共卫生事件中组织得力、保障有效,各部门职责明确、分工协作,避免了工作中的随意性和盲目性,取得较好效果。结论:该院在"问题奶粉"筛查工作中采用的流程管理具有可操作性及简捷性。
Objective: To discuss how to optimize the workflow in the policlinic when coping with sudden and widespread public health affairs in order to improve quality and enhance efficiency. Methods: Using the retrospective study method, the workflow used to screen 3028 infants who had drunk milk powder contaminated by melamine for kidney stones during September 12 to December 30 in 2008 was discussed. Results: In coping with this public health emergence, the policlinic of our hospital worked systematically and efficiently and every department clarified its responsibility and cooperated well so as to avoid arbitrariness and blindness in the work .The screening work achieved good effect. Conclusion: The workflow used to screen the infants who had drunk "tainted milk powder" was operable and concise.
