摘要
【目的】探讨电视胸腔镜术(VATS)在高龄患者胸部疾病中诊断与治疗的安全性和应用价值。【方法】回顾性总结我院2005年1月至2007年12月,行VATS的高龄胸部疾患者67例,分析高龄患者行VATS的手术时间、胸腔引流量、胸管停留时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生情况等。【结果】VATS时间55～150min,平均90min。术后平均住院时间13d,胸管停留时间7d,平均胸腔引流量332mL,无手术死亡。术后并发症发生率22.4%,经处理后均治愈。【结论】VATS对高龄患者较传统开胸手术创伤小、并发症少、恢复快,对伴有心肺等慢性病患者较安全。
[Objective] To assess the diagnostic and treatment value of video-assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） for thoracic diseases in the elderly. [ Method ] To summarized 67 elderly patients received VATS from January 2005 to December 2007 retrospectively, analysis the common diseases, operative time, hospitalization and complications. [Results] The mean operative time was 90 min. Mean postoperative hospitalization was 13 d. The mean dose of drainage was 90 mL and there was no hospital mortality. Postoperative complications occurred in 15 patients, including arrhythmia, continuous air leakage, infection et al. All were cured by therapy. [Conclusion] VATS has the advantages of less injury, less complications, rapid recovery, and more safe in the elderly patients especially with chronic heart or lung diseases.
