摘要
环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在恶性肿瘤中的作用日益受到重视,多数食管癌COX-2蛋白高表达,与食管癌发生发展和预后密切相关。COX-2通过诱导肿瘤血管生成、促进细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡、增加肿瘤侵袭力、抑制免疫及诱导前致癌物的活性等机制促进食管癌的生长和浸润,选择性COX-2抑制剂的开发和应用有望为食管癌预防和治疗开辟新的途径,成为食管癌分子靶向治疗新的方向。
Scientists pay more attention to cyclooxygenase -2 in the malignant tumor. COX -2 highly expresses in most of esophageal carcinomas, and it may affect genesis, development and prognosis of esophageal carcinomas. It is reported that COX -2 plays important roles, through inducing angiogenesis, increasing cell proliferation,inhibiting apoptosis,suppressing host immune responses, promoting infiltration and procarcinogen metabolism. The development and application of selective COX - 2 inhibitors may find a new way for prevention and treatment of esophageal carcino- ma. It may be a new direction of molecule targeted therapy for esophageal carcinoma.
