摘要
对采用两种铸造工艺并经T6处理的Mg-Nd-Gd-Zn-Zr稀土镁合金,在5%NaCl(质量分数)溶液中的全浸腐蚀的腐蚀率进行测试,并用SEM对腐蚀后的表面形貌进行分析。结果表明:挤压铸造工艺制备的材料腐蚀性能优于砂型铸造工艺制备得到的材料。室温、5%NaCl溶液72 h全浸后,镁合金的基体腐蚀严重,出现开裂。
The test of immersion corrosion of Mg-Nd-Gd-Zn-Zr magnesium alloy prepared by two casting processes and T6 treatment in 5% NaCl solution was carried out and the surface microstructure of the alloy after corrosion was analyzed by SEM. The results showed that the anti-corrosion performance of the alloy by squeeze casting was more favorable than that by sand casting. After solution soaking for 72 hours, the matrix of magnesium alloy was seriously eroded and microcrack was found.
