不同深度烫伤大鼠创面组织中β_1整合素、整合素连接激酶的表达

摘要 【目的】通过观察不同烫伤程度大鼠在烫伤24 h后β_1整合素和整合素连接激酶(ILK)的表达,探讨β_1整合素和ILK在创面愈合中的作用。【方法】将32只SD大鼠分别造成Ⅰ、浅Ⅱ、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烫伤,伤后24 h取创面组织标本,制作切片,分别进行HE染色以及整合素β_1、ILK免疫组化染色,观察不同烫伤程度创面整合素β_1和ILK的表达与定位。【结果】Ⅰ度烫伤大鼠表皮基底层和皮肤附属器可见明显整合素β_1和ILK表达,其中ILK在皮肤附属器的表达较整合素β_1更为显著;浅Ⅱ度组织创面,残留的基底层和健全的皮肤附属器周围有整合素β_1和ILK表达,其中ILK在皮肤附属器的表达较整合素β_1更为显著,而整合素β_1主要在毛囊表达;深Ⅱ烫伤创面仅真皮深层健存的皮肤附属器中有整合素和ILK阳性细胞表达;Ⅲ度烫伤创面未见整合素β_1和ILK阳性。【结论】整合素β_1和ILK具有相似的局限表达模式并与大鼠烫伤程度密切相关,提示ILK可能介导整合素的胞内的信号通路,与整合素β_1共同参与创面愈合过程。
