摘要
在市场经济深入开展的新时期,住宅小区公建控制指标出现了一些具有时代特征的问题。提出公建指标体系的四个发展方向:公益性项目的增删与规模调整、盈利性设施受市场规律制约、国标与地方标准进一步分离、鼓励公共服务设施集约经营。
The article attempts to put foward the four directions in developing the index system of community facility: ① The adjustment in variety and scale are needed in projects for community interest. ② The facility run for profit would be controlled by the rules of market. ③ Standards made by the nation and the local would be further seperated. ④ The in tensive management of community services would be encouraged.
