摘要
分析了“无障碍居住”的发展趋势，探讨了残疾人和老年人对住宅及其环境的生理和心理需求，提出了适合我国国情的无障碍居住的构想。
This paper analyses the developing tendency of 'barrier free residence' in the world and discusses the physiological and psychological requirement of residence and environment of the aged and disabled. Consequently, it puts forword a barrier free residence conception, which is suitable for the Chinese condition.
