摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者并发胃溃疡的临床表现、分类及相关因素。方法观察25例老年糖尿病患者合并胃溃疡的临床表现,检测患者血糖及幽门螺杆菌(Hp),胃镜确诊。结果老年糖尿病并发消化性溃疡多无明显临床表现,Hp阳性率与一般胃溃疡比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),溃疡的发病与患者糖尿病史时间呈明显的正相关(P<0.01)。结论在医疗过程中要重视糖尿病患者并发症的预防,才能减少溃疡病的发生。
Objective To explored the clinical manifestations,classification and related factors of elderly diabetic patients with gastric ulcer. Methods Observation clinical manifestations of 25 cases with gastric ulcer in elderly diabetic patients, and detection of helicobacter pylori and blood glucose in patients, ulcer diagnosed with gastroscopy. Results Peptic ulcer complications in elderly diabetes without obvious clinical manifestations, and positive rate of Hp compared with general gastric ulcer without significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）, There was positive relation between the incidence of ulcers and history of diabetes（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion To reduced the incidence of ulcer disease, so in the course of usual medical attention should be paid to the prevention of diabetes complications.
