摘要
目的总结胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗手汗症术后并发症的发生情况及护理对策。方法回顾分析我科应用电视胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗手汗症250例的临床资料和随访资料。结果本组所有病例手术均获成功,术后双手干燥、红润。无Horner综合征、血气胸等并发症发生。术后随访,无复发病例,远期主要并发症为转移代偿性多汗,其发生率与术前病情分级相关,大部分转移性多汗可自愈。结论良好的围手术期护理,术后严密病情观察,及时发现并采取积极有效的处理并发症,做好出院康复指导和随访是保证手术成功的重要环节。
Objective To summarized the complications and nursing for patients receiving thoracoscopic sympathectomy under the television-thoracoscope for palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data and follow-up information of 250 cases of palmar hyperhidrosis patients who receiving thoracoscopic sympathectomy under the aid of television-thoracoscope. Results All operation were successfully completed. Symptoms of hyperhidrosis vanished with both hands dry and warm in all the patients, and without Homer syndrome, hemopneumothorax and other complications. Postoperative follow-up,there were no recurrence of cases, the major complications of long-term was compensatory hyperhidrosis, and its incidence and grading related to preoperative condition, the majority of metastatic hyperhidrosis can be self-healing. Conclusion Good perioperative care, after close observation of the disease, detect and take positive and effective treatment of complications, good rehabilitation guidance and follow-up of discharged patients was an important links to ensure the success of the operation.
