摘要
目的了解农村社区医疗中康复现状。方法对农村社区卫生院274名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果被调查者中没有专门从事现代康复治疗的治疗师。在对治疗的需求程度、转诊意愿和自我认知程度调查中,现代康复和传统针灸治疗之间差异没有显著性意义(P=0.056,P=0.293,P=0.654)。不同年龄被调查者对康复的认识有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而对针灸的认知则无显著性差异(P=0.104)。结论农村社区中康复治疗人员极其缺乏,技术和资源是发展社区康复的关键点。
Objeetive To study the condition of rehabilitation in Community Health Service （CHS） in rural areas after earth- quake. Methods 274 medical personnels of CHS were invistigated with the questionnaire. Results There was no rehabilitation therapist in those medical personnel, and no difference of requirement, referral will and acquaintance of therapy between rehabilitation and acupuncture in CHS （P=0. 056,P= 0. 293, P=0. 654）. There was a significant difference in acquaintance of rehabilitation among different ages of medical personnel （P〈0.01）, but there wasn＇t of acupuncture （P =0. 104）. Conclusion It still lack rehabilitation therapist in CHS. Techniques and resources were the key points in the development of community-based rehabilitation.
