气腹下气体栓塞的发生及防治研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 目前腹腔镜手术需通过气腹建立操作空间。气腹对机体产生的各种影响及并发症也因此受到医师的关注,如对心肺、肝肾功能、免疫功能的影响,肿瘤的扩散等。气体栓塞是一种较少见的并发症,是指建立气腹过程中或气腹状态下气体进入血液循环系统,引起血液循环障碍,并能引起严重后果的一种病理状态。气体栓塞是一种发生率低但病死率高的并发症,一直未被重视,现就气腹下气体栓塞的发生及防治研究进展作一综述。
