摘要
目的:探讨小儿腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)的常见问题及对策。方法:回顾分析2003年2月至2008年9月我院施行115例小儿LA的临床资料。结果:手术均获成功,无明显并发症发生。结论:小儿LA具有的优势使其迅速发展,重视小儿LA的常见问题及采取相应对策,可促其进一步发展。
Objective：To investigate the frequently asked questions and strategy, of laparoscopic appendectomy （LA） for child. Methods：The clinical data of 115 children who underwent LA in our hospital from Feb. 2003 to Sep. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：All the operations were successful,and no obvious complications occurred. Conclusions ：I,A has many advantages, which make it develop quickly. We should pay more attention to its frequently asked questions and strategy, so that its further development can be achieved.
