木聚糖酶用于麦草NaOH-AQ浆预漂白

Researches of the Xylanase’s Prebleaching Conditions of Wheat Straw NaOH-AQ Pulp

摘要 用木聚糖酶对麦草NaOH-AQ浆进行预处理,以提高和改进ECF漂白性能,优化并制定出木聚糖酶AU-PE89的预处理条件。木聚糖酶AU-PE89的最佳处理pH值为6,最佳处理温度为50℃,用量6IU·g-1绝干浆,此时纸浆DEP漂白的白度可提高2%ISO。用木聚糖酶进行生物漂白,能有效降低漂白时化学品用量,减轻对环境的污染。 We used xylanase to improve ECF wheat straw NaOH-AQ pulp bleaching. We did this in order to find the best condition. The xylanase AU-PE89's best pH is 6 in the condition of 50℃ and 6 IU .g^-1 pulp. In this case its whiteness could be increased by 2%ISO than blank pulp not pretreated by xylanase. Carting on the biological bleaching with the xylanase could reduce the amount of effectively chlorine we used, and also be good to the environment.
