摘要
臭氧用量固定为1.2%情况下,通过改变臭氧流量,研究反应时间对臭氧漂白高浓乙醇浆效果的影响。研究发现,随着臭氧流量的减小,即反应时间的增加,乙醇浆高锰酸钾值由18.2下降至2.4,白度由26.4%ISO增加到62.8%ISO。同时,漂白会降解纤维素,使漂浆得率下降,聚合度相应减小。试验结果表明,在臭氧用量为1.2%情况下,当臭氧流量为1.0L·min-1时,漂白效果最佳。
with 1.2% ozone proportion fixed, influence of reaction time on ozone bleaching of high consistency alcohol pulp was researched by changing the ozone flux. Along with the decrease of ozone flux, that is the increase of reaction time, the results showed that permanganate value decreased from 18.2 to 2.4, and the whiteness increased from 26.4%ISO to 62.8%ISO. And at the same time, the other results are the degraded cellulose, lower yield and polymer. It's concluded that, with 1.2% ozone proportion , it had the best bleaching effect, as the ozone flux is 1.0 L.min^-1.
