摘要
目前多烘缸干燥技术仍然是造纸机干燥部纸张干燥的主要方法。文章以多烘缸干燥技术为研究基础,分析了为增加烘缸干燥能力,提高干燥部运行性能,节能降耗的最新纸张干燥技术,主要包括Boostdryer干燥技术、Conde-belt干燥技术、Optidry干燥技术、脉冲干燥技术等。
The technology which using many cylinders in drying paper is still the main method of drying paper in the paper machine dryer section at present, This paper bases on the technology of using many cylinders in drying paper. Meanwhile, it analyses some latest paper drying technology, which aim to expand cylinder drying capacity, improve the performance of the dryer section operation, save energy and reduce energy consumption. It mainly includes the drying technology of Boostdryer, Condebeh, Optidry, impulse and so on.
