摘要
根据弹性力学的赫兹应力理论,提出了一种从动件结构形状为凹圆弧底的新型盘状凸轮机构。对这种新型凸轮机构的理论基础、凸轮轮廓曲线的作图法与解析法设计方法和步骤、有关基本尺寸参数的选定等问题进行了详细论述。通过实例计算证明此种新型凸轮机构能够显著降低凸轮高副的接触应力,减少磨损,延长寿命,因此较之传统的凸轮机构更加适合现代机械高速重载的要求。
On the base of Hertzian stress theory of elastic mechanics,a new kind of disk cam mechanism whose follower has concave circle arc bottom is developed.This paper presents the theoretical support to this new concept,offers both diagrammatical and analytical methods and steps for the cam contour design,expounds the selection of basic dimensional parameters.Practical calculations prove that this kind of mechanism can reduce the contact stress and wear,prolong the life of the mechanism.So it is more appropriate to satisfy high speed and heavy load requirements in modern machinery than the conventional cam mechanism.
