摘要
本文针对目前居住区存车、停车普遍存在的问题和基本要求，认为合理利用地下空间是解决居住区存车、停车难题的现实而可行的途径；并根据不同情况总结、归纳和探讨了合理利用地下空间存车、停车的几种建筑模式：指出了有待进一步研究的课题。
