摘要
在室温条件下,以PEG-400为催化剂,芳甲酰氯为原料,首先研磨合成了中间体异硫氰酸酯,进一步分别与芳胺反应,高产率地合成了芳酰基硫脲,其直接与水合高碘酸在研钵中进行研磨氧化反应,便得到相应的脲的衍生物.该合成方法操作简单,反应时间短,反应条件温和,产率高且不使用有机溶剂,属于绿色合成.
A series of N - aryl - N' - aroyl thioureas were synthesized under phase transfer catalysis and solvent- free conditions, these compounds can be oxidated by HIO4. H2O to N - aryl - N' - aroyl ureas respectively. It's an efficient and environment friend method for synthesizing these kinds of ureas.
