摘要
系统地阐述了Z_sσ控制方式的概念,探讨了控制方式与缺陷率的数量关系,在研究过程能力指数算例中,偶然发现了不用查表即能确定质量水平的公式。
The concept of control mode Zsσ has been expounded systematically, the relationship between the control mode Zsσ and the defect rate has been explored, the formula to determine the quality level by no table lookup has been chanced upon in the calculation example of studing process capability index.
