摘要
自2005年中国提出"和谐世界"国际战略后,美国部分学者对该战略的提出背景、内容和特点、实施的可能性及其作用作了较系统的研究。虽然研究中存在局限性,但美国部分学者基本上还是能从实际出发,提出一系列合理的看法。其探索不仅有助于新世纪美国政府正确制定对华政策和推动中美关系正常发展,而且对当今中国学术界进一步研究"和谐世界"战略具有参考价值。
Since China put forward the international strategy of'Harmonious World'in 2005,a number of American scholars have made a fairly comprehensive study of its background,contents,features,possibilities of application and its role.Although there are limitations in their studies,they can basically start from reality,and raise a series of rational views.Such research will not only be conductive to the American government in its making of China policy correctly and promoting normal developments of Sino-American relations,but also are very useful to current Chinese academic circles in their further studies of the'Harmonious World'strategy.
