摘要
调查研究了某井在套管头里发生的套管裂纹事故,从宏观上分析了套管裂纹形貌,讨论了套管在卡瓦夹持以及坐挂载荷条件下的受力状态,分析了套管材料质量和尺寸精度对裂纹的影响,分析计算了套管头、防磨套和套管在钻井过程中的服役条件。认为在钻井过程中防磨套松动后被钻具带着转动,致使φ244.5 mm×φ177.8mm套管头和φ244.5 mm套管受到异常撞击载荷,使套管头和套管严重磨损,并使套管产生裂纹。材料韧性不足,降低了套管抵抗裂纹萌生和扩展的能力。
This paper investigates the casing crack accidents at wellhead. The casing crack reasons were investigated based on the analysis of crack morphology, load borne on casing, material quality and dimension precision, and service condition of casing pipe-head, wearing bush, and casing. It is shown that the worn of 244.5minx 177.8mm casing pipe-head and the crack of 244.5mm casing occurred after wearing and tearing due to wearing bush rotation driven by rotating drill stem. Inefficient material toughness limits casing's capacity to restrict the crack sprouting and extending.
