摘要
以多粮浓香型白酒生产中产生的生黄水、经蒸馏后的底锅水培养大秃马勃[Calvatia gigantea(Batschex Pers.)Lloy]菌丝体。通过摇瓶单因子试验,优化了培养条件。在28℃培养条件下,接种量8%~10%,摇床转速150 r/min,装液量100mL/500mL三角瓶,培养10 d,大秃马勃菌丝生物量可达1.25g/100mL干重。培养了大秃马勃后黄水的还原糖和蛋白质的含量分别下降45.03%和42.17%,但pH值变化较小。
Distilled yellow water, the byproduct in the production of Luzhou -flavor liquor, was utilized to produce the myeelia of Calvatia gigantca. The optimum fermentation conditions were obtained as follows: temperature 28℃ , rotating speed of shaker flask 150 r/min, flask volume 100 m/500 ml, fermentation time 192 h and inoculum 8% -10%. Under these conditions, the maximum biomass yield was 1.25 g/100 ml. The protein and reducing sugars in the yellow water after fermentation were decreased by 45.03% and 42.17% , respectively, however, the changes of pH was little.
