摘要
川东北地区海相碳酸盐岩储层具有埋藏深、岩石致密、低孔、低渗透、高温高压和非均质性强等特点,对储层改造工艺的要求极高。通过室内实验,研制了适合该类储层的胶凝酸酸液体系,其具有缓蚀、缓速、低摩阻、易返排的优良性能。优选了闭合酸压工艺,对该工艺的机理及优点进行了研究;对施工排量和用酸量进行了优化,形成了胶凝酸闭合酸压工艺。该工艺在河坝2井飞三段储层进行了现场试验,酸压前的产气量为2.96×104m3/d,酸压后产气量为204×104m3/d,增产69倍,取得了良好的增产效果。目前该工艺正在川东北地区推广使用。
Marine carbonate reservoirs in the northeast of Sichuan have the features of deep burial depth,close rock,low-porosity,low-permeability,high-temperature,high-pressure and strong heterogeneity,which require advanced reservoir reformation technology. Acidizing fluid system and acidizing technology were studied in laboratory. The suitable gelling acid fluid system was developed,which has the good properties of corrosion control,being retarded,low friction and being easy to flowhack. Healed acid fracturing technology was optimized and researched on mechanism and advantages. Gelling acid-heal acid fracturing technology was established after the delivery capacity and acid amount had been optimized. It was applied in Fei3 reservoir of well Heba2 and has gained preferable result. Gas production rate was 2.96 × 104m3/d and 204 × 104m3/d respectively before and after acid fracturing. Now this technology has been popularized and applied in the northeast of Sichuan.
