摘要
随着城市化进程的推进,城市环境问题日益凸显,而强烈呼唤城市环境服务业的发展。迄今,国外、尤其西方国家的城市环境服务业获得了较快发展,取得了许多有益的经验。这些经验概括地说,就是打破政府垄断格局,鼓励私人部门参与,建立以市场机制为基础的建设和运营模式。这些为推进我国城市环境服务业的发展提供了很好的借鉴意义。
