摘要
以驱蚊香草的茎尖和带叶腋茎段为外植体,研究探索MS附加不同激素组合对茎尖的萌发、不定芽增殖、生根的影响。结果表明:利用茎尖作为外植体进行起始培养获得无菌苗,KT8,0+IBM.0组合为最佳;以无菌苗的带叶腋茎段为外植体进一步诱导形成愈伤组织,并分化不定芽,6-BA3.0-4.0+NAA2.0组合的不定芽增殖倍数(10倍)远远高于腋芽直接形成丛生芽的增殖倍数(2.1倍);使用IBA2-5mg/L诱导生根,生根率达95%~100%。建立了驱蚊香草再生体系。
The stem apex and stem segments of Driving Mosquito Herb as the explants were cultured to study and dicuss the effects of MS with phytohonnone combinations on germination of stem apex,adventitious bud proliferation and radication. The result showed that stalk nodus and tip shoot explants were placed on MS medium supplemented with 8.0 mg/L KT and 1.0 mg/L IBA. The aseptic seedling were obtained by use of stem apex as the explants, the best medium. The callus was induced by the stem sections with axiUary buds aseptic seedling as explants and were classified into adventitious bud proliferation. The combination of KT 8.0 + IBA 1.0 was the best. The multiplication multiple were far more than that of clump bud.The rooting rate reached 95% - 100% of induction rooting of IBA 2.5 mg/L. The regeneration system of Driving mosquito herb was established.
