摘要
本文给出一类 SIP 规划——(h,(?))—SIP 规划的恰当罚函数 p(x,μ)(h,(?)),并证明在一定条件下,(h,(?))—SIP 规划的任一解也是 p(x,μ)(k,(?))的全局极小,且部分逆为真.
In this paper,an exact penalty function ρ(x,μ)_(h,(?))for(h,(?))—SIPis given,It is proved that any solution to (h,(?))—SIP is also a globalminimal of p(x,μ)_(h,(?)) and partial converse is true under certain assumptions.
