摘要
一类产品的寿命试验，不可能得到其确切的失效时间，因而在一列选定的时刻抽取若干子样，观察其是否失效。对此试验结果，我们给出一种非参数估计，模拟结果表明，效果更好。
In life testing of a certain class of products,we can not get the failure time for each individual.Thus,at a series of time points a 1,a 2,…,a k,samples are taken from the population,then tested and recorded whether they have failed.For these data,we propose a nonparametric method.
