摘要
本文以3-(5-甲基异噁唑-3)-4-芳基-1、2、4、三唑啉-5-硫酮为原料,合成6种-4-芳基-5-(5′-甲基异噁唑-3′)-1、2、4-三唑-5-硫代乙酸3af,8种4-芳基-5-(5′-甲基异噁唑-3′)-3-甲硫基-1、2、3-三唑4a-h 和八种双〔3-(5′-甲基异噁唑-3′)-4-芳基-1、2、4-三唑-5)-二硫化物5a-h.其结构分别经元素分析,红外光谱,核磁共振波谱及质谱进行了鉴定。有关生物活性实验正在进行中.
In this paper,some new derivatives of six 4-aryl-5-(5-methylisoxazol-3)1,2,4-triazole-3-thiolacetic acids(3a-f),eight 4-aryl-5-(5-methylisoxazol-3)-5-methylthiol-1,2,4-triazoles(4a-h)and eight Di-[3-(5-methylisoxazol-3)4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5]disulfides(5a-h)are synthesized.The key intermediate3-(5-methylisoxazol-3-)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thiones are obtained from5-methylisoxazol-3-carboxylic acid hydrazide to react with arylisothiocyanatein ethanol(95%)giving 1-(5-methylisoxazol-3-ylcarbonyl)-4-substitutetthiosemicarbazides(1).They are then cyclized in the presence of 2N K_2CO_3solution giving 2,and followed by alkylation,oxidating couple under varioussuitable conditions to afford the expected compounds.Their structures arecharacterized by elemental analysis,infrared,nuclear magnetic resonance andmass spectra.Other related biological activity experiments are well underway.
