摘要
目的研究金刚石圆柱铣刀铣削石材的铣削力,建立基于工控机的石材铣削力测量系统.方法通过对金刚石圆柱铣刀铣削石材的受力分析,建立了金刚石铣刀铣削力的数学模型.结合测力指标构建了石材铣削力自动测量系统的硬件实验装置,给出了软件开发过程中数据采集关键环节的解决方法.结果利用该系统对石材铣削力3个分力进行了实际测量,获得了可靠的铣削力数据,实现了测量数据的实时采集、曲线绘制和数据管理.结论石材铣削力自动测量的实现,为进一步研究金刚石刀具的磨损特性、石材的切削性和加工工艺参数的优化等提供了理论依据.
To study columned diamond milling cutter of stone milling force, the detecting system of stone milling force on NC is studied in the paper. According to the analysis of milling force, the mathematic model is established and the experimental facility of the automatic measuring system is established. Solving methods of the key problems on the software data acquisition are detailed. The system is utilized to measure three component forces of milling. Reliable data are acquired. Finally the automatic acquisitions of data, the drawing of curve and data management are realized. The achievement of automatic measurement of stone milling force provides theory basis for the further research on the wearing characteristics of diamond cutters, cutting quality of stone and the optimizing of processing technological parameter etc.
