摘要
介绍了两个系列细集料磨光试验的结果,其一是砂浆磨光值试验,用于调查碳酸钙(及硅颗粒)含量对砂浆磨光值(PMV)的影响;其二是砂纸式试件的磨光试验,用于考察不同试验方法的磨光效果.试验设备为英式磨光机和魏勒舒尔茨磨光机.得出的主要结论有∶①砂浆磨光值试验没能反映出碳酸钙(及硅颗粒)含量的影响,而砂纸式试件的磨光能反映出细集料抗磨光品质的差异;②在砂纸式试件的磨光试验中砂的粒径对试验值有明显影响.
This paper deals with the results of two series of fine aggregate polishing experiments. One of which is cement mortar polishing, to investigate the influence of calcium carbonate; and another is sand paper polishing, to study different test method. The equipment used in the project were English accelerated polishing machine (English Wheel) and German Wehner Schulze Machine. The main conclusions are: the content of calcium carbonate has little influence on PMV, whereas sand paper polishing test can detect the anti polishing property of fine aggregate efficiently; in the sand paper test, the particle size has strong effect on the result.
