摘要
中小型汽轮发电机组的轴封加热器一般由射汽抽气装置及表面式换热器组成,通过抽气器的作用将汽轮机的轴封漏汽和部分门杆漏汽吸入轴封加热器用以加热凝结水,以达到提高循环热效率的作用。这部分乏汽凝结后的疏水往往排入地沟或射水池中,由于这部分疏水水质较好,且温度高于凝结器热水井的凝结水,若对系统稍作改造,即可回收。
The sealing heater of the small and medium-sized steam turbines consists of jet and pumping gas equipment and surface heat exchanger. Through the function of pumping machine, the sealing leaking gas and part of leaking gas of the door axis of the steam turbine will be absorbed into sealing heater to heat the condensate. By this way, the function of improving the cycling thermal efficiency can be reached. This part of hydrophobic water after steam condensation is often discharged into the trench or shooting pool. Because of better water quality in this part of hydrophobic water, and the temperature higher than the condensation heat of condensation of water wells, the water can be recovered if the system can be slightly modified.
