讨论现代纸机基础板几种安装技法的基本步骤、施工特点及精度要求,介绍了泰格林纸集团PM9和PM10大型高速纸机基础板的安装施工程序,阐述纵横向基准线及高度基准线的划定原则、基础板的找正检验、焊接质量控制以及基础沉降校核检测要求等。
Several basic steps to installation,construction characteristics and the accuracy requirements of soleplate of modern paper machines were discussed.The construction procedure of the installation of the soleplates of PM9 & PM10 largescale high-speed paper machine in Tiger Forest & Paper Group was introduced.The designated principles of the vertical and horizontal baseline and a height baseline,correcting test of soleplates,welding quality control and testing requirements based on the settlement check were elaborated.
