摘要
全球化带来了全球范围内价值观的激烈冲突，它对民族精神也带来不容忽视的负面影响，其特点是对民族原有价值观的削弱。由于民族精神具有传统性、动态性、开放性的特点，故应该从处理好普世性与多样性的关系等方面有效地增强我们的“软实力”。
As for the globalization, there is bitterly contradiction among the values all over the worlds and the negative effect, which bears the imprint of declining the original values of the nation, to the national spirit. Owing to the nature of national spirit： tradition, dynamic and openness, we should deal with the relationship between the universality and diversification in order to enhance our soft power.
