头位胎膜早破母婴围生期结局临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨头位胎膜早破对围生期结局的影响。方法对2004年1月～2006年12月在我院住院分娩的306例头位妊娠胎膜早破的病例进行回顾性分析,并随机选择同期头位分娩无胎膜早破306例对照,对两组母婴围生期结局进行分析比较。结果胎膜早破可使孕妇手术产率、产褥感染及新生儿窒息率及肺炎发病率增加,明显高于对照组。结论胎膜早破的孕妇应根据破膜时间以及综合检查结果积极采取不同治疗方案,减少母婴并发症,改善围生期结局。
