摘要
叙述了进行招标文件审查的依据和目的,通过几年来对多个工程的招标文件进行审查,结合施工招标文件的特点,就施工招标文件审查的主要内容作出归纳,以使招标文件更加规范化。
The paper indicates the basis and purpose of the examination of bidding documents,and sums up the main contents of the construction s bidding documents according to many-year examination for the bidding documents of many projects and based on the charateristics of bidding documents,so as to regularize the bidding documents.
