摘要
目的研究运用系统干预的方法对预防联邦止咳露成瘾患者复食的作用。方法对60例滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者运用系统干预治疗(研究组)并和60例没有经过系统干预治疗的患者(对照组)进行比较分析。结果联邦止咳露成瘾患者经过系统干预治疗后,在半年时和1年时的复食率、SCL-90、SDS和SAS与对照组比较,都存在统计学显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组在半年和1年时父亲情感温暖与理解、1年时父亲过分干涉和保护、母亲在半年和1年时过分干涉和保护、1年时父亲拒绝与否认、半年和1年时父亲惩罚与严厉因子评分与对照组比较均存在显著性统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组主观上获得支持和客观上获得支持,以及感觉对支持利用度在1年时均高于对照组,社会功能缺陷筛选评定研究组在半年时和1年时好于对照组。结论系统干预治疗能够有效地降低联邦止咳露成瘾患者的复食率,起到预防的作用。
Objective Study on the effect of system intervention in prevention of refeeding Federal Cough Water in addicts. Methods A total of 60 addicts of Federal Cough Water （study group） were treated with system intervention and were compared with 60 eases without intervention （control group）. Results The refeeding rate after at a year and a year, SCL--90, SDS and SAS showed statistical differences between the two groups （P〈0. 05）, ; Father＇s emotion warmth and understanding at half a year and a year, father＇s excessive interference and protection at a year, mother＇s excessive interference and protection at half a year, father＇s refusal and denial at a year and father＇s punishment and severity at half a year and a year showed significant statisti- cal differences between the two groups （P〈O. 05） ; Subjective and objective support, and the utilization of feeling on support of the study group were higher than the control at a year. Social disability screening of the study group was better than the control at half a year and a year. Conclusion System intervention can effectively reduce the refeeding rate of Federal Cough Water in addicts and play a part in prevention.
