摘要
梨花芽的形态分化经历了:1.分化初期,2.花萼形成期,3.花冠形成期,4.雄蕊形成期,5.雌蕊形成期。梨性细胞的形成经历了:1.雄性造孢细胞形成期,2.小孢子母细胞和珠心形成期,3小孢子母细胞减数分裂和雌性造孢细胞形成期,4.大孢子母细胞和单核花粉形成期,5.大孢子母细胞减数分裂和2细胞花粉形成期,6.成熟花粉和单核胚囊形成期,7.胚囊发育期,8.胚囊成熟期。
Observations on process of floral morphological differentiation and formation of sex- ual cells of pear had been made by us.The process of floral differentiation of pear could be divided into 5 phases.1.initial stage of differentiation,2.stage of calyx visible,3.stage of corolla visible,4.stage of stamen visible,5.stage of pistil.The process of sexual cells forma- tion of pear are:1.male sporogenous cells visible,2.microspore mother cells and nucelli visi- ble,3.microspore mother cells meiosis and female sporgenous cells visible,4.megasporocyte and uninucleate pollen grains visible,5.megasporocyte meiosis and 2-celled pollen grains visible,6.mature pollens and uninucleate embryo sac visible,7.development stage of embryo sac,8.ripening stage of embryo sac.
