不同氮源与配比对几种果树试管苗分枝和生根的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以MS培养基为基础,对樱桃、苹果、葡萄试管苗分枝和生根的最佳N源与配比进行试验。结果表明,樱桃、苹果、葡萄试管苗的分枝效果和植株的生长状况以NH_4^+-N与NO_3^-—N比为1∶3时最好。而樱桃试管苗的生根效果和植株的生长状况以NH_4^+—N与NO_3^-—N比为0∶1时最佳,两者均显著优于对照。NH_4^+—N与NO_3^-—N比为1∶0及NH_2CONH_2—N源者,均导致试管苗生长细弱以致全部死亡。 With MS as the basic medium,the branding and rooting experiment of test tube shoots of cherry,apple and grape was carried out in order to seek the best nitrogen source and blending proportion. Theresults indicated that it was best on the medium with the proportion of ammonium nitrogen NH_4^+—N to nitrate NO_3^-—N 1.3 for the tes tube shoots of cheery,apple and grape to branch and grow.And it was best on the medium with the proportion 0:1 for the test tube shoots of cherry to root and grow.
